Cancellation Policy
1. Agreement & Understanding Clients must review and sign the Project Agreement Contract before making any payment. This ensures clarity of services and reflects our values of transparency and integrity. 2. Payment Policy Full payment is due before delivery of the final project, including any add-on services. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, cash, wire transfer, and money order. Please include your full name and project title with your payment for proper processing. 3. Session Conduct & Guest Policy Clients may bring one guest for support. The following are prohibited unless used as props: weapons, drugs, illegal substances. Alcohol is only allowed if all participants are 21+ and show valid ID before the session. 4. Customer Review Session Each client receives one (1) review session (phone or virtual) for minor adjustments (e.g., text, color, layout tweaks). Major revisions or full redesigns are billed separately as an additional fee or day-rate, based on scope. 5. Terms & Conditions A. License & Copyright Graphic designer retains full copyright. Client receives a personal-use license. Commercial use requires a separate agreement. B. Image Delivery Final designs are delivered within 1–3 business days. No RAW or unedited files are provided. C. Cancellation Policy Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations must be in writing. If canceled within 3 days of the event, full balance is due. D. Limitation of Liability If the Graphic Designer is unable to perform due to illness or force majeure, liability is limited to refund of all payments. The Graphic Designer is not responsible for missed shots due to weather, client lateness, or venue restrictions. E. Client Cooperation Client agrees to communicate clearly, provide timely access to locations, and allow adequate time for designing product requested.
